  • Cereals (low sodium content)
  • Plain noodles and rice
  • Skimmed milk
  • Fresh and frozen vegetables
  • Soups (low sodium content)
  • Fruits
  • Specific vegetable oils
  • Spices and herbs such as oregano, parsley, garlic, onion
  • Fruit juices and vinegar.
