  2. Go out grocery shopping and come back with items that will help me to control my blood pressure.
  3. Start eating home cooked food
  4. Practice relaxation techniques, yoga or Tai Chi
  5. Take some time to unwind after work.
  6. Take breaks while working
  7. Take up a hobby
  8. Use positive affirmations and visualizations to deal with stressful situations.
